Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: June 2, 2026

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your GoFastJobs WhatsApp interaction, subject to lawful retention and security requirements.

How to Request Deletion

• Email alpha@dialthegeeks.co.zw with the subject line "GoFastJobs Data Deletion Request".
• Include the WhatsApp phone number used with GoFastJobs, including country code.
• Briefly state that you want your GoFastJobs account, conversation, or job seeker data deleted.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize personal profile details, job search preferences, conversation records, and related service records where deletion is legally and technically possible.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, platform enforcement, accounting, backup integrity, or security logs. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify that the request relates to the correct WhatsApp number.
