These Terms and Conditions govern use of GoFastJobs, including the GoFastJobs WhatsApp job search, registration, and support service. By using GoFastJobs, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

GoFastJobs helps job seekers search for work, submit registration details, share job preferences, and receive employment-related information through WhatsApp and related systems. GoFastJobs may also support employer and recruiter workflows.

User Responsibilities

When using GoFastJobs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Use the service only for legitimate job search, recruitment, support, or related purposes.
• Not send abusive, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.

Job Information and Matching

GoFastJobs may provide job information, registration assistance, and matching support. We do not guarantee that a job seeker will receive an interview, offer, placement, or employment. Job availability, employer requirements, and recruitment decisions may change at any time.

WhatsApp Communication

By messaging GoFastJobs on WhatsApp, you authorize GoFastJobs to respond to you on WhatsApp about job search, registration, support, and related service updates. Standard mobile network, data, and WhatsApp terms may apply.

Acceptable Use

You must not use GoFastJobs to:

• Submit false identities, fake job listings, spam, scams, or harmful links.
• Collect information from other users without permission.
• Discriminate unlawfully or promote unsafe, exploitative, or illegal work.
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, carrier, or applicable platform policies.

Third-Party Services

GoFastJobs may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, messaging providers, analytics, and support tools. These third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused by third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The GoFastJobs name, service flow, software, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GoFastJobs and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GoFastJobs is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFastJobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or employment-related losses arising from use of the service.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to GoFastJobs if we believe a user has violated these terms, platform rules, law, or the security of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of GoFastJobs after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
