GoFastJobs provides a WhatsApp-based job search, job seeker registration, and employment information service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when people interact with GoFastJobs through WhatsApp, web forms, APIs, or related support channels.

We may collect information that you provide directly or that is generated when you use the service, including:

• WhatsApp phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message text, selected menu options, shared contact cards, and shared location information.
• Job search preferences such as job title, skills, preferred work location, availability, and registration details.
• Technical records such as webhook logs, delivery status, timestamps, device-independent identifiers provided by WhatsApp Business Platform, and API error logs.
• Support messages, questions, or requests that you send to GoFastJobs.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve GoFastJobs, including to:

• Respond to WhatsApp messages and guide users through job search, registration, and support flows.
• Save job seeker preferences so we can provide relevant job matching and follow-up support.
• Maintain service security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery issues, and keep audit logs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, platform, and business record requirements.

WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data

GoFastJobs uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and send messages. WhatsApp and Meta may process message and account data according to their own terms and policies. GoFastJobs only uses WhatsApp data for providing the requested job search, registration, communication, and support services.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when needed to operate the service, including with:

• Technology providers that host, secure, monitor, or deliver the GoFastJobs service.
• Employers, recruiters, or placement partners only where a job seeker has requested or accepted a relevant job opportunity process.
• Authorities or third parties where required by law, legal process, or platform enforcement obligations.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to limit access to personal information to people and systems that need it for legitimate service purposes.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide GoFastJobs services, maintain account and conversation history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and improve security. We may delete or anonymize records that are no longer required.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask GoFastJobs to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your WhatsApp number, subject to lawful retention requirements. To request deletion, use our Data Deletion Instructions.

Children

GoFastJobs is intended for job seekers and employers who are legally able to seek work, offer work, or enter employment-related communication. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
